Why Mountain Shadows?
It’s where we had our first date!!!
Once upon a time, two singles found each other on the Hinge dating app, which is advertised as The dating app designed to be deletedtm Both of our profiles said ‘must love golf’ so we instantly connected. So we tee’d it up at the iconic Mountain Shadows Short Course to make sure it was a true match. Let’s just say, it was a hole-in-one!
The Short Course is one of our favorites! It offers stunning scenery and it’s a great time for beginners and advanced players.
The Short Course
If you haven’t played The Short Course, well you’re in for a treat! Holes range from 75 to 200 yards, creating a unique and challenging golf experience. Total yardage for the course is 2,310 (back), 2,065 (middle), and 1,735 (forward).
*There is NO driving range to warm-up at so keep that in mind. We recommend you visit Rusty’s to have a breakfast, an energy drink or bloody mary to warm-up with instead.

How it all started…
The weekend following our wedding, we played in our first tournament officially as Mr & Mrs. The tournament was the Babes Golf BYOMB “Bring Your Own Man Babe” (event recap here) We had such a great welcome from all the babes and this is where the idea of Mr & Mrs Golf was born, so in a way, we owe it all to Babes Golf!
Babes Golf is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of women golfers by inspiring and empowering new players. Our mission is to create a welcoming and safe space where women of all skill levels can come together to build confidence in their game and connect with like-minded individuals. We are inclusive to all, recognizing that diversity enriches our golfing experience.
