REGISTRATION POLICY

Event Details And Registration Policy Are Subject to Change. Please note that as we continue to refine our events, prizes, menus, themes, and other details associated with events are subject to change. We constantly strive to work with our partners to present you with exceptional event experiences. The provisions of our Registration Policy are subject to change without notice.

EVENT REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our events, you acknowledge that registering reserves your spot. Therefore, all reservations are nonrefundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a friend.

We’re happy to transfer your tickets to someone else as long as you notify us of the guest’s name at least 24 hours before the event. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and update the registration.

EVENT PHOTO / VIDEO POLICY

Photos and/or Videos will be taken at our events. By taking part in any Mr & Mrs Golf events, you grant us full rights to use the videos or photos taken during the event, including any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the goals of Mr & Mrs Golf. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use any videos or photos for printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

WEATHER RELATED POSTPONEMENTS

If we need to postpone an event due to adverse weather or an act of God beyond our control, your ticket will be transferable to a similar future event. To transfer your ticket, simply email us once the rescheduled event is listed on our event calendar.

Please note: This weather-related postponement policy applies only when Mr. & Mrs. Golf chooses to postpone an event due to adverse weather conditions. Events advertised as rain or shine will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather.
