Saturday is the main event. Add Friday’s practice round if you want an extra day on the course. All pricing is per couple.18 holes with cart, range balls, prize pool, and a tee gift for every player. 18 holes at Oak Creek CC on Friday afternoon, tee times starting at 2:00 PM. A great way to preview the course before the main event. We will share dinner recommendations for the group to meet up after the round.

June in Sedona is hot and clear. The Village of Oak Creek sits at 4,000 feet elevation, which makes mornings comfortable and afternoons manageable. Early tee times are not an accident.Oak Creek Country Club sits at roughly 4,000 feet, about 3,200 feet higher than Phoenix. The thinner air means your ball carries approximately 5% farther. Club down on approach shots — that 150-yard approach plays closer to 142.
The 7:58 AM start gets you on the course while temperatures are still in the low-to-mid 80s. By the time it heats up, you are in the back nine or already finished. Bring sunscreen and a hat.
Sedona’s monsoon season typically begins in early-to-mid July, so late June is almost always dry. Expect blue skies, red rocks, and good visibility. Afternoon clouds may build but rarely produce rain this early in summer.
Desert heat at elevation is deceptively draining. Drink water before, during, and after the round. Oak Creek Bistro has you covered post-round. Most carts come with a cooler — use it.

Everything you need to know before you register.2-Person Best Ball. Each player hits their own ball and the team records the better score on each hole. This is a couples event — registration is per couple.
The Sedona Sunrise ($300/couple) covers 18 holes with cart, range balls, your share of the prize pool, and a tee gift for each player. Food and drinks are available separately at Oak Creek Bistro on-site.
The Sedona Sunset ($220/couple) is a separate registration for an 18-hole practice round on Friday, June 26, with tee times starting at 2:00 PM.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once registration is confirmed. Due to the nature of our events, spots may be transferred to another player if you are unable to attend. Please contact us to arrange a transfer before the event date. By registering you also agree to our Terms and Conditions, including the waiver and release of liability. We recommend only registering when your attendance is confirmed.
Play continues in all conditions unless Oak Creek CC officially closes the course. In the event of lightning, play may be paused. If the round is stopped after 7 holes, it counts as a completed 9. After 14 holes, the round is considered complete and no refund is issued.
