Force Majeure

Mr & Mrs Golf shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel disruptions, labor disputes, course closures, supplier failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed. Where possible, Mr & Mrs Golf may offer event credits, transfers, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements at its discretion, based on recoverable costs.

This clause applies to local events, travel based events, destination experiences, and multi day trips.

Payments and Transactions

All payments for events, products, or experiences are processed through third party payment providers including Stripe, WooCommerce, Venmo, and Zelle.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout. Mr & Mrs Golf does not store full payment card details.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, branding, and original media, is the property of Mr & Mrs Golf unless otherwise stated.
