What a honor to meet Eliezer today, he is a very talented golfer and such a great person. You probably know him as “Snappy Gilmore.” Eliezer is a Nigerian American Amateur Golfer who is known for his distinctive single-handed golf swing. Watching his power up close in action was phenomenal. The participants and volunteers were so excited to hear that “Snappy Gilmore” was going to be part of the @acsazgolfclassic ACS golf event. We all want to thank you for sharing your talent and time with everyone on the golf course today. We all look forward to seeing more of you in future events ⛳️

Is putting your strength or your weakness?

Putting is 40 and 45 percent of all strokes taken during a round. You putter is your primary scoring club! Therefore, if you improve your putting you will lower your scores!

I want to play better golf and be more consistent but don’t have tons of free time to practice, does that sound familiar?

Then we get to the course and I’m constantly asking Mr and our playing partners to give swing advice but here’s the thing.....they are not swing coaches! So Mr has been telling me for a long time now, “Go see Kurt”

So I finally did and let me tell you, he’s awesome! He first interviewed me to ask me questions about how I play, how often I practice and then he did something no one has ever done...he measured me! He measured my height, legs, arms and hands to see what my body is capable of doing in a swing.

He didn’t make huge changes, he just worked on the basics first and it started with my grip! I tried it out the next day on the course and have to say, lesson 1 was a huge success!!!!!! 🙏

If you have never taken a golf lesson and are not sure where to start, I HIGHLY recommend Kurt. He’s very experienced and breaks it down to the basics ⛳️ If you’re interested in a lesson message Kurt on his IG page, tell him Mrs. Golf sent ya😉

What a great Friday spent on Opening Day located in Tempe, Grass Clippings golf course formally known as Rolling hills. We are super excited for what’s being developed here in Arizona! Grass Clippings is going to be the first Lighted Golf Course ⛳️ which will open later in November. They plan to have night golf with lights that light up the whole course, live music, food trucks, bars to watch golf and a huge putting Green. This is next level!!!
We look forward to watching every step of this amazing transformation!

Day 1 Practice Round, we absolutely love all the events the AGA Arizona Golf Association organizes. It’s a great way to meet new people, have fun, be competitive and at the end of the day enjoy a beautiful round of golf⛳️ today we arrived early to see the course for the 1st time, we had so much fun with the early crew!! We are ready to ROCK. What a beautiful course and resort, thank you to the @azgolfassociation for hosting a amazing event. We are ready for tournament day, format is a foursome shamble 2 day tournament so Mr&Mrs are teaming up with our good friends Mandy & Chad. Wish us luck!⛳️ Go team!

McCormick Ranch Golf Club holds a special place in our hearts, after all, we did have our wedding there!

And if you didn't already know, Mr, is a professional photographer but it was his amazing studio and partners at @photofusionstudio that captured our wedding. Actually he did want to be the one to photograph his bride as she was walking down the aisle so we borrowed a camera for a few of the photos. He was the Official Photographer of the Phoenix Open for ten years and still photographs a lot of professional and amatuer golf events and for a few golf companies.

On Sunday, October 8th, Cancer Survivors from the valley took to the field for pre-game and halftime activities. Dani @danyellmaree sounded the Big Red Siren to start the game while Clare & Luciano huddled for the coin toss. At Halftime, Dani, Lena, Clare, Luciano, Isbel, Linda, Xavier, & Melissa led the field as hundreds of survivors waved and marched a giant ribbon from endzone to endzone garnering the support of the fans.

CRUCIAL CATCH

The NFL’s Crucial Catch mission is to fight cancer through early detection and risk reduction. The league, its clubs, players, the NFL Players Association, and the American Cancer Society are committed to providing individuals with the tools they need to help them better understand early detection and ways to reduce their cancer risk. Each year, every NFL team raises awareness during their Crucial Catch game, which features on-field and in-stadium Crucial Catch elements. Crucial Catch games also present a special opportunity to honor cancer survivors and those currently battling cancer.

CANCER SCREENING SAVES LIVES.

Some cancers can be found early before they have had a chance to grow and spread. The 5-year survival rate for many cancers is over 90% when detected early. Getting screened is crucial to catching cancer early when it may be easier to treat. Make your play and find your local cancer screening center.
